Good afternoon, everyone! As we welcome the meteorological start of Spring, I'm thrilled to introduce two exciting new additions to our menu! Imagine sinking your teeth into a warm ham and cheese sandwich, perfectly paired with potato salad, watermelon chips, and more - all elevated by serving it on a sweet Hawaiian roll. Friends rave about these tender treats, saying they're far superior to store-bought a dozen for 15.00. Later, indulge in a delightful dessert - our twist on Hummingbird cake, reimagined as a moist Bundt cake with cream cheese glaze and candied pecans. This treat will be our Bundt of the Month for $40. Both new items can be ordered ahead for Easter, with Hawaiian rolls available as take-and-bake or baked and you can freeze them. Good afternoon everyone, today my home was filled with the enticing aromas of freshly baked goods, promising a treat for the senses. I've been busy crafting new creations that are sure to delight, including fresh blueberry muffins with a Streusel of brown sugar, cinnamon, and a touch of my signature blueberry infused sugar. Next, I've perfected sub rolls that rival the best, with the added benefit of being a healthier option. A stunning Rye loaf, boasting a crispy crust and tender interior, is sure to impress. First, we have a delectable Rye bread that transports me back to my travels in Germany, a small yet mighty loaf packed with flavor, boasting a nicely browned crust and a moist tender crumb, perfect for Reuben's, Grilled Cheese or Pastrami, and all at an unbeatable value price of 8.00 per loaf. Next, we have Graham Crackers, a classic favorite that never fails to put a smile on our faces, with their nutty flavor, slightest sweetness and hint of cinnamon. Made with freshly milled Einkorn, these crackers are not only delicious but also highly nutritious, providing more protein, antioxidants, beta-carotene, and essential minerals than modern wheat, and are often easier to digest for those with mild wheat sensitivities. Hello Everyone I thought I would introduce myself again as we have some new followers and explain more about my micro-bakery and answer any questions anyone has. I’m always available to you to answer any questions simply by text/call. 

A micro-bakery using fresh-milled flour specializes in crafting small-batch, artisanal bread and pastries by grinding organic, whole grains on-site immediately before baking. This process maximizes flavor, aroma, and nutritional value. The resulting products are known for being deeply nutritious, highly digestible, and rich in complex, nutty flavors, often with a tender crumb and rustic crust.

Grain-to-Loaf Process: Whole grains are milled on-site I use a granite stone mill whilst keeping the bran, germ, and oil intact to create "living" flour with superior nutritional value compared to processed, store-bought alternatives. Likewise, Freshly milled flour retains essential vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants, while providing a richer, more complex taste unlike store bought which is void if nutrients. Many customers myself and family included find fresh-milled, often baked goids easier to digest, sometimes aiding those with mild gluten sensitivities as i suffered from a Gluten intolerance for years and now i can enjoy baked goods again. My baking is usually limited, focusing on quality over quantity, including yeast breads, English Muffins, Bagels, muffins and cinnamon rolls and cakes. I ask for at least a 24 hr notice why? Because Fresh milled flour is thirsty it takes more fluid which is why a 24 hour notice is necessary. I also use only organic grains and locally sourced eggs and honey to create a healthier, more sustainable product.

In celebration of Love Week, I've crafted a culinary journey that embodies the essence of Italy. Tonight's menu features a revitalized take on pizza, with my homemade pizza bread infused with fresh Italian herbs, sun-dried tomatoes from my garden, and olives. Good Morning Everyone I want to thank all of you for all your love. Kindness, support and prayers. I’m feeling better and have had my first postop starting PT only on my fingers. I’m fighting hard to get the use back in my hand my cast and stitches are out and I’m in a removable support??? So I can take it ifc to air out my wrist and move my fingers. Yesterday I figured out how to use my elbow to make dough!!! I was so happy as I created English muffins!!! My sweetheart had to help me but let me tell you they are sensational with my homemade Rhubarb Cardamom Strawberry Ham I made this summer as well as with my Verde Eggs Benedict. Yesterday I can crack eggs w or th one hand!!! If you would like too try these muffins full of nooks and crannies let me know I may just put them on the menu next year.
