2. Heavy Cream – 250g
3. Powdered Sugar – 45g
4. Fresh Lime Juice – 20g
5. Liquid Gelatin (or gelatin powder) – 15g
6. Water – 250g
7. Lime Zest – from 1 lime
8. Gelatin Sheets – 10g
9. Chopped Pistachios (optional)
10. Whipped Cream – for decoration
11. 1 Slice of Lime – for garnish

Small Tips

♡ Liquid gelatin can be replaced with gelatin powder.
