Hey All!
I have made the decision to do 2 pop ups a month here in Valley and a weekly preorder menu.

Every Tuesday I will post a limited menu for that week and you can preorder anything on that menu to be picked up on the stand on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Orders must be in by 8pm that Wednesday

If there's something you want to order not on the menu for that week please message me.

Also preorders that need to be picked up or delivered during the week(Monday-Thursday) need to be in 48 hours before.

As always all cake orders need to be in at least a week in advance as my cake calendar fills up quickly.

With Halloween coming up please get your orders in for that as my slots are filling up quickly for that week.

The Omaha stand will still be open weekly every Friday 10am-8pm.

Thank you everyone for all the love and support. Im hoping one day The Valley Stand can be back open every week but for now this is going to have to do.

Hey everyone!
This is going to be a hard post but I'm going to be completely transparent with everyone. Looking over the numbers I can no longer do the Valley Bakery Stand weekly. The support has been amazing for so long but unfortunately the last 3 months the stand has not had the turn over I was hoping for.

So I want to hear from you.

Should I do a weekly set menu for the weekend with certain amount of quantities with pickup times?

A monthly Pop up?

I really fought to keep this stand going for myself, my family, and for the community but unfortunately I can't afford to keep it going with how low the numbers have been.

A little back story about the stand. I opened the stand in the fall of 2024 and the stand was thriving but it was short lived as i started to be harassed by old public officials in this town to close it down. I closed it down and worked with douglas county and they told me I wasn't doing anything wrong. So I reopened the stand back up only to get another letter and harassed again. I stood my ground and had my papers on hand and fought to keep it open again. I never closed and never gave up. The new city officials who took over told me I was in compliance and to keep it open. I am thankful for those City Officials who fought for me.

Fast forward to the last few months...
Numbers have been so low that its not covering the amount of time in the kitchen or the grocery costs.
I don't want to increase pricing so I think the easiest thing to do at this point is close the weekly stand down. I absolutely do not want to do this and it has made me very upset but I have no other choice.

My omaha stand will remain open.

That being said. Today is the last day my Valley Stand will be open unless I can find a solution.

Pre-order pickup and delivery will still be available.
