Should decorated cookies be pretty… or should they taste good?

90% of people say they hate the taste, they’re hard, dry, like cardboard, etc….

Decorated cookies require lots of structure to hold their shape unlike a soft melty traditional cookie, so LOTS of flour is used, sometimes making them taste cardboard like.

This is why I’ve tested and tweaked my recipe so much to get the perfect outcome every time! I always want my customers to be happy with the way their cookies look but also the way they taste! I want their Sugar Shoppe Cookie Co experience to be delightful all the way! 💖
