For those that might not know what a morning glory muffin is, let me explain........it is basically similar to a smoothie but in a muffin. Fruits vegetables nuts and grains all in a muffin. Flavor is outstanding too. Full of nutrition. Also this week we're featuring sandwiches on Italian herb bread and nacho cheese dogs for the hotdogs. Come enjoy air conditioned serenity at The Vault where you will find these home made foods.
