One more sleep till Trav-Fest!
Raging Cider & Mead has planned an evening of music, drinks, delicious gourmet grilled cheese, and I've supplied some mini pies once again to sell. This evening all proceeds will go to our GoFundMe in an effort to help relieve the medical bills that go along with treating stage 4 cancer.
Our family has assumed all medical costs for the past 4.5 years before reaching out for help from our community. Having cancer is likely one of the most expensive things in life and it's not like you can just decide to not have cancer to save money. We are so grateful to for hosting/planning this event to help raise more funds for continued treatments.
I won't be able to be there in person (I have to work at my regular job), but Travis and our boys will be there slinging pies and enjoying everyone's company. I'll have pumpkin pies (made with freshly roasted pumpkins), Dutch Apple Pie, and Classic Apple Pie made with apples picked from raging ciders local orchards.

Made some bacon maple cupcakes with brown buttered frosting topped with candied bacon, and chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting for a friend's annual rib-off.
I love the mini cupcakes! It's literally the perfect size for a quick sweet treat without all the commitment of a whole cupcake.

That's a wrap on Raging Cider & Mead's 10th anniversary party! What a great turnout and these cutie pies were gobbled up.
There will be a Christmas market at H&H Feed in Valley Center on December 13th. I am planning on attending that pop up and have mini pies available. Keep following along for more updates.

Tomorrow I'll be at Raging Cider and Mead's 10th year anniversary party!
Starting at 3pm come and have some tasty ciders while snacking on mini pies! There will be sandwiches available by HotKrispyDelicious and live music.

Summer is here and what's better than s'mores? S'mores cupcakes! Graham cracker crust, chocolate cake, topped with toasted marshmallow frosting (from scratch). The perfect way to satisfy your craving for s'mores without the open fire.

Made some classically delicious chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting and some strawberry cupcakes (made with fresh, locally grown strawberries and NO food coloring) with vanilla frosting. The best way to celebrate a 10th birthday!
