Going forward in 2018, I will be changing my ordering policy and sticking to it 100%. All orders including specials, custom, etc. will require payment in full at booking. I won't hold dates without payment and without 100% confirmation on what is being ordered. This pertains to new and repeat customers as well as friends and family. I just need to keep it all consistent and organized on a business level. I will ask that PayPal be sent as gift/family option or I will need to add a 3.5% fee.
