⚡️THIS WEEK IN THE BAKERY⚡️
• Menu is live for both Ainsworth and Valentine!
• Pay close attention to the automatic reminders though - Ainsworth orders close Monday afternoon BUT Valentine will have another day to get orders in!
• Ainsworth - usual pick up time and usual spot, see ya there!
• Valentine - I set the True Value address as pickup location but I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE! There will be multiple vendors so I don’t yet know my exact location.

🌵But, I will be set up at the Valentine Mural Dedication so I will just skip Thursday drop and have your orders in town Saturday morning.

This small upgrade in the bakery is exciting to me!
I got a massive tub for my starter!
When I started this little business, I fed my starter in a gallon jar (which is now our fridge pickle jar). Then, I upgraded to 3 matching measured gallon containers. But that required me to do a fair bit of math still. As much as I love numbers, something had to give. I stopped by the Restaurant Supply store in Grand Island and found exactly what I was looking for! Now, I can fit my entire week’s worth of starter in one container!

Hi! I’m going to be doing BOTH Ainsworth and Valentine (same schedule as this week) for the next few weeks and then evaluate again.
I appreciate all the support! It’s a lot!
To help my personal schedule, I need to change when my menu closes so I can prep ingredients. First, I will try Monday afternoon. Share your opinions! I want this to work for you all too!
SO - for next week, the menu will still go out Saturday morning but it will close Monday at 2:00pm instead of 8:00pm.

AINSWORTH! In an attempt to be more frequent, I’m figuring out a schedule for you too. Stick with me! This week, I will deliver to Ainsworth before my Valentine drop so 2:30.
If you pay online, I can drop off. Otherwise, I will plan to meet you at the courthouse park (where markets are held through summer) for you to pick up your orders.
Saturday will feature a menu for “Ainsworth” and for “Valentine”, choose the correct town when ordering!
