As if our love for pistachio was not enough! Introducing our new Burma and Ballouriye.
Burma: shredded kataifi dough twisted around pistachios and then baked.
Ballourieh: consists of a pistachio filling that is placed between two layers of shredded kataifi dough—lightly baked because it needs to retain its typical white color. Limited quantities, come test it today!
