I guess it depends on what you think winning means at the fair? Blue ribbons and grand champion or having the biggest profit margin at the end of it all? One of my fair pigs at the Malheur county fair last year was “penned” during showmanship rounds and at the market sale sold last BUT for TOP dollar above all the”show” pigs! Guess it’s all in your perspective!

Due to circumstances beyond our control we have no February litters. Next litters due the first part of March. They will be push pigs for September fairs.

We have had some cancelations.. taking names for FFA and 4H project pigs for Late July to middle August fairs currently... 34 piglets currently alive. Litter dates are January 21, 22, 26, 27 & 28. Hampshire, Yorkshire and Duroc cross, NO register breeders. But Did get reserved Grand champion 2023 in Grant County so there you go! $150 per head first come first serve.

Confirmed on the ground litters January 20, 21 and 26. Still waiting on two girls. Need dates for county fairs for 2025 !leave your county and your date please.

Waiting on one sow, she’s close real close to delivery. Have 3 more in the shed showing signs of”bagging “. This could mean this week , next or the first of February. Year in advance reserve kids have first dibs.

At this time we are aware of 2 sows telling us they will have litters soon. These two are beside 3 scheduled for the end of the month. But so far my schedule and the sows schedules are not lining up.
