🫐🍌🎃 THE MUFFINS ARE OFFICIALLY HERE TO STAY! 🎃🍌🫐

After a little experimenting, we’ve officially decided that sourdough muffins are getting a permanent spot on the menu! 🙌🏼

Our first three flavors:

🫐 Blueberry Sourdough Muffins — juicy blueberries + buttery crumb topping
🍌 Banana Nut Sourdough Muffins — soft, moist & packed with banana flavor and nuts
🎃 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Sourdough Muffins — cozy pumpkin spice + chocolate chips = fall perfection 🤎

Three flavors, one big decision… which one are you trying first?! 😍

And yes… sourdough muffins are officially staying! 🎉

🎃🍫 Sourdough Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Experiment! 🍫🎃

A little fall baking experiment happening in the kitchen today! 🤎 I’ve been playing around with a sourdough pumpkin chocolate chip muffin recipe, and these beauties came out looking pretty promising! 😍

Soft, pumpkin-y, packed with chocolate chips, and that sourdough goodness… now comes the most important part: the taste test! 😂

If these turn out as good as they look, I might have to make these a regular fall favorite! 🍂🎃

I’m so glad you’re here! The Daily Knead is a home-based micro bakery dedicated to crafting small-batch, naturally leavened sourdough using simple, high-quality ingredients. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand, with patience and care, just the way bread was meant to be made.

At this bakery, slow fermentation, traditional techniques, and thoughtful flavors come first. I believe good bread brings people together, around the table, in the kitchen, and within the community. Whether you’re enjoying a warm slice with butter, sharing a loaf with family, or gifting bread to a friend, my hope is that each bake feels special.
