❤️ A Message From Bánh Mì Xpress ❤️
We sincerely apologize to everyone who experienced a long wait or came in after we had already sold out of bread.
We bake more than 300 fresh breads daily, but the support from our community has been much greater than we ever expected. Many customers also order more than one sandwich at a time, so our bread can sell out very quickly and make the line get longer.
Each fresh batch of bread takes approximately 3 hours to prepare and bake. If we sell out around 3 PM and close at 5 PM, unfortunately there isn’t enough time to prepare another fresh batch before closing.
As first-time business owners, we are still learning every day—how much to prepare, how to manage the high volume of orders, and how to make our service faster and smoother. We know there is a lot we can improve, and we truly appreciate your patience while we learn and grow.
Most importantly, THANK YOU to every single person who has come through our doors to support us. ❤️ We never expected this much love from the community, and it means more to our family and team than we can express.
