🌺 Beautiful washed Ethiopia drops today on the retail shelf & online. We have had coffee from the Yonis Family on our menu for almost three years now. This was brought stateside by rad people at Hacea Coffee Source In the cup you can expect a complex flavor profile with many notes to pick out; citrus, orange blossom, toffee, black tea, florals like hibiscus, blackberry, and light grape sweetness that comes with such clarity
