Sold 6 dozen brown butter chocolate chip cookies today! I feel accomplished! Blu Sky is a *micro* bakery (to say the least lol). Seeing the ways which .sky.bakery has evolved has been an incredible and rewarding experience. I love to do this, and am so stoked to continue and improve. I am grateful for- and blessed by the support I’ve been given, and I consider this little hustle a truly fulfilling endeavor. Thank you to all, it’s an honor to bake for you🫶🏼🤍🍪🦋

This was very fun to do! Carrot cakes are becoming one of my favorites to bake, especially now that we’re officially in the fall season! With the warm spices, such as cinnamon and clove, paired with a classic cream cheese tang, you can’t go wrong with this autumn classic.
