It’s with sadness that I make this post that we lost our Beloved Father Salvatore “Sal” Noti the owner and operator of Rosato’s Bakery on 1/28/2026. We will be laying our father to rest tommorrow 2/4/2026.

I just wanted to thank all of his loyal customers and businesses that have shown us so much support over the last 30+ years! My dad was well known in the community I don’t think there was a place that we could go that he didn’t know someone.

Unfortunately at this time we will be completely closing the doors to Rosato’s Bakery. In the future we may venture into a little store front as I have all of dad’s recipes. But for now we need to take the time to grieve and process this devastating loss for our family!
