Taking a moment to reflect on Knead to Eat and what we’ve created. 💛

We’re passionate about what we do, and our message is simple: serve fresh food that’s delicious. We crack every egg we use, prepare fresh produce, and choose quality meats. We put care into what we serve, and that’s our difference.

Owning a business is hard. There are long days, challenges, and plenty of learning along the way. But we believe Utica—and downtown Utica—deserves hip, welcoming places to gather, enjoy a great meal, and feel at home. We’re proud to be one of the many businesses helping downtown grow, and we love seeing our neighbors succeed, too.

We were born and raised here. Utica is home, and being able to create something here means so much to us.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting us, showing up, spreading the word, and growing with us. Without you, there is no us! 💛

We’ll see you soon!

Simple. Fresh. Delicious. 💛🙏
