Ok so I’m wanting to expand my baking business and start doing events like farmers markets and things like that. With that being said what are bakery items or flavors you guys would buy? I’m trying to stay away from cookies because everyone has their hand in cookies these days. I have things like cake sandwiches, whoopie pies, single cakes, mini bundt cakes, mini cheesecakes, pies and sweet breads like banana and pumpkin breads. Any other things you guys would buy if you saw at a market?
