🤍A COOKIE CAN BE MORE THAN A COOKIE🤍
For some, becoming a mama happens without a second thought.
For others, it takes years of appointments.
Blood draws.
Injections.
Procedures.
Negative pregnancy tests.
Heartbreak.
Hope.
And sometimes, thousands upon thousands of dollars.
Infertility affects 1 in 4 people. And behind that statistic are real women, real families, and real dreams of holding a baby of their own.
There are several reason why this hit home for me., my best friend, my cousin, & close friends have struggled for years to get pregnant and have been left with the diagnosis of infertility resulting in IVF.
This year, Sugar Coated by Danni is proud to support the Hopeful Mama Foundation, a Cedar Rapids-area organization working to make the journey a little less lonely—and a little more hopeful.
Hopeful Mama provides fertility grants to help offset the cost of treatments like IVF, medications, and donor conception, while also providing education and support for women walking through infertility.
So when you buy one of my cookies, you may think you’re just buying something sweet…
But a little bit of that sweetness can become hope for someone waiting for their family. 🤍
Because behind every fertility statistic is someone’s daughter.
Someone’s sister.
Someone’s friend.
Someone’s wife.
Someone who desperately wants to be someone’s mama.
This year alone, The Hopeful Mama foundation was able to give grants of $23,500 to 6 couples and completely fund 1 IVF cycle for a couple! HOW AMAZING! All of this because the community shows up to love & support!
This Saturday August 22nd I’ll have a table full of goodies set up at “I’ll Meet You There” book/coffee shop for the Sip & Shop market from 9-11.
There are going to be great venders, amazing coffee, the cutest book store, and all around amazing people! I hope you can stop out and say high and support one of my favorite organizations! It would mean the world!
