Iā€™m thinking about calling this cookie Petals & Pistachios. Itā€™s a vanilla cookie with a honeyed pistachio filling and warm spice, topped with rose petal sugar. If you have a better name, Iā€™d love to hear it. Iā€™m also thinking about adding pistachio to the cookie dough to change the color and add even more pistachio flavor.
