We’re taking a little break from the bakery this week to wrap up a few home renovation projects we’ve been working on. 🏡✨

Perfect timing as we head into Labor Day weekend! 🇺🇸

We’ll be back to baking soon, but for this week, we’re trading sourdough for paint brushes and projects. 😉❤️

Thank you so much for all of your orders this week, and for everyone who came out to pickup today.
Having my regular customers come back, and having new customers drive over an hour just to get bread from me… that means more than I can put into words. 🥹

It truly refills my cup knowing that I get to provide real sourdough to our community. Clean ingredients. Real food. Food made with care that you can put on your family’s table.

Seeing how excited everyone was today reminded me exactly why we do what we do.

This was probably the longest stretch I’ve gone without baking since I started making bread weekly—and eventually baking multiple times a week. Taking that time away was very much a needed reset.

And today was a really sweet reminder that I can still do this. I can still make beautiful bread that tastes amazing. And there’s still something really special about handing someone a loaf that I made with my own hands.
