OC, OUR KNafeh QUEENS FAMILY IS GROWING! 👑💗🇵🇸

After over 2 years at Fresh Choice in Anaheim, we’re so excited to announce that our award-winning, authentic Palestinian knafeh is now available at Fresh Choice Lake Forest, too! 🥹🎉

And to our friends in Irvine, Laguna, and all throughout South Orange County — THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! 💗 No more having to drive all the way to Anaheim to get your Knafeh Queens fix. Now, our knafeh is closer to home! 👑✨

Today marks the soft opening of the new Lake Forest location, and we couldn’t be more grateful to continue growing alongside a partner that has been part of our journey since we started

Every new location is more than just another place to find our knafeh. It’s another community we get to share our P@lest!nian culture with, another opportunity to bring people together, and another reminder of how far this family business has come. ❤️

From our family to yours, thank you for supporting us, sharing our knafeh, and helping us grow. May Allah continue to put barakah in this journey and allow us to keep spreading warmth, love, joy, and unity with every bite. 🤲🏼💗

🌸 Somewhere between the flowers, the softness, and the beautiful chaos of life, I’m reminded that joy is a choice. 🤍

Flowers have always been a symbol of so much for me ..beauty in the hardest seasons, growth after the storms, and the reminder that even in the most unexpected places, life can still be breathtaking. 🌷

Just like these flowers, we are rooted, resilient, and always blooming .. even when it’s hard. That’s the P@lest!n!an spirit. ❤️

That’s the heart of Knafeh Queens. Because at the end of the day, our knafeh is about community, culture, connection, and serving royal happiness and unity with every bite. 👑💗

So today, I’m choosing joy, grateful for this beautiful life, and all the flowers along the way. 🌸✨

Alhamdulillah, always. 🤍

*Knafeh Queens walks NYFW🎉🎉

From my 7-year-old self, dreaming with a heart full of hope, to walking the runway at New York Fashion Week with my k3ff!yeh held high. ❤️✨

Knafeh Queens was invited to walk the runway for Athari Wear at NYFW, where the designer created a custom look just for me to wear on the runway. To have a piece made specifically for me and to represent my roots with my k٤ffiyeh held high was an honor I will never forget. And to top it all off, we were also asked to serve our award-winning knafeh to the guests. 🥹👑

But the moment I will carry with me forever was walking that runway with my k3ff!yeh held high as the crowd cheered. In that moment, I felt the love, the pride, and the weight of representing something so much bigger than myself.

And then, after the show, seeing my photos featured in Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Marie Claire, and so many more was something my 7-year-old self could never have imagined. Alhamdulillah for every door Allah opens and every dream He allows us to live. ✨

I did this for the little girl in me who dared to dream. I did this for my parents And I did this for my people. For every P@lest!nian who deserves to see our culture celebrated, our identity embraced, and our presence felt on every stage.

This was never just about walking a runway. It was about bringing our culture into rooms we belong in, showing the beauty of our traditions, and reminding the world that something as simple as a bite of knafeh can bring people together across cultures, backgrounds, and borders.

I will keep showing up with my k3ff!yeh held high, my P@lest!nian roots close to my heart, and a tray of knafeh ready to share.

Because this is what Knafeh Queens has always stood for: serving royal happiness and unity with every bite. 👑🩷🇵🇸

Alhamdulillah for the journey, the people who believe in us, and the little girl who never stopped dreaming. This one was for all of us. ❤️
