Today was one of those days that really put everything into perspective. ❤️

Seeing a full dining room, meeting so many new faces, and seeing just how hard our incredible team works every single day made us stop for a moment and realize how grateful we truly are.

We have something we once only dreamed about creating, and now we get to share it with so many people.

To every single person who has walked through our doors, told a friend about us, shared a post, left a kind word, or continued to come back — thank you. We truly appreciate every single one of you.

And to our team — thank you for the early mornings, the long days, and the amount of care you put into what we do. None of this happens without you. ❤️

This dream means so much to our family, and getting to share it with all of you makes it even more special. 🌹🥯

Vito & Marissa are two of the amazing people behind Vito Rose Bagels. They show up, work hard, care about what they do, and play a huge part in keeping this place moving every single day.

Thank you for getting up early every day, putting in the work, and helping take care of our business. You are both incredible leaders to our team, and that means more to us than you probably realize.

A small business is only as strong as the people behind it, and we’re incredibly grateful to have these two on our team.

THE CANNOLI IS BACK! 🇮🇹🤌😍

Crispy shells. Creamy filling. A little powdered sugar. A LOT of love. ❤️

Our cannoli cream is made right here in house with creamy ricotta, mascarpone cheese, mini chocolate chips and a touch of cinnamon. 🤤

Finished with powdered sugar and sprinkles. 🇮🇹

ATTENTION!! Yesterday Cobalt Apartments had a building catch fire and left many with nothing! As a community ive already seen so many people step up and want to help! So we will be close behind! We will be arriving at the community between 2-3 to set up! First responders and affected get free coffee!! BRING A DONATION GET HALF OFF. We will also be doing a buy one, get one for your neighbor program. Those coffees will go to the those affected! ALL PROFITS TODAY WILL GO BACK TO COBALT TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES!!! Come out and help a neighbor!!

Today we’re celebrating one of our amazing Vito Rose teammates! 🌹🥯🖤

Jay is one of the hardest workers around 💪🥯 and an absolute pleasure to have on our team! ❤️

She also spends a good portion of every shift rolling her eyes at the dad jokes 🙄😂, physically cringes anytime someone says “67” 😖6️⃣7️⃣, and happily introduced us to “WHAT DOES THE FOX SAY?!” 🦊🎶🤣 — which we may never forgive her for.

And whatever you do… don’t offer her eggs. 🍳🚫😂

Izzy is one of the hardest-working members of our crew, juggling rolling bagels 🥯, school 📚✏️, and everything in between — and somehow still keeping those bagels looking beautiful! 🙌🔥

And if there’s one thing you need to know about Izzy… she may just be the BIGGEST Bee Gees fan on the planet! 🕺🪩🎶😂

Almost 3 years ago, this was us. ❤️🥯

Making bagels at home. Rolling dough across the kitchen counter. Boiling them on the stove. Learning as we went… with absolutely no idea what we were starting.

And this wasn’t our full-time job yet.

We were working full-time jobs, coming home and making bagels late into the night, then getting right back up to do it all over again. Some nights, if we were lucky, we got an hour of sleep.

There was no storefront. No wholesale program. No big plan for what Vito Rose Bagels would become.

There was just an idea we believed in, a lot of passion, and the willingness to keep going when quitting would have been a whole lot easier.

These pictures are a reminder that every dream has a “before.”

So if you’re chasing something right now and wondering if all the late nights, sacrifices and exhaustion will ever be worth it… keep going.

If people don’t understand it yet, keep going.

If you don’t have all the answers, keep going.

You don’t have to see the entire road before you take the first step.

Sometimes that little thing you’re doing at your kitchen counter at 2am is the beginning of the life you’ve been dreaming about. 🌹🥯❤️

Dream it. Start it. Work for it. And don’t quit.
