If you’re a beginner and are looking for ideas on what cookies to offer or make for Easter, save this for later!!

After making your bunny sugar cookies, with your favorite sugar cookie recipe, make 6 different color icing with hybrid consistency (kind of like the icing you would use for flooding just slightly thicker).

Then put some sparkling sugar in a plate and, after you flood them, just dip them in the sugar and that’s it!!

Super easy and they come out so cute!!

Birthday candles flicker like tiny storytellers, and this year each flame feels like a chapter. 🎂✨

Here’s to 42 trips around the sun… and every lesson baked into the journey. From a girl who simply loved making sweets to a woman building dreams with flour, sugar, creativity, and a whole lot of faith.

Dessibakes started with a passion for baking… but it grew into something bigger. It became community. It became courage. It became proof that when you follow the little spark inside you, it can turn into something beautiful.

This year I’m celebrating the growth, the risks, the late nights, the wins, the lessons, and every person who has supported my sweet journey along the way.

I just had to jump on this trend and introduce myself to my new people!

Hey sweet friends! I figured it was time I popped in and introduced myself the fun way 🎉 I’m Dessiree, your cookie dealer, sprinkle enthusiast, and hype woman for bakers everywhere 👩🏽‍🍳💕

🖐️ Here are 5 things you might not know about me:

1️⃣ I was born in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 but raised in New York, which means I love pastelitos and pizza (usually not at the same time… usually).

2️⃣ I co-founded Dessibakes back in 2006 while juggling mom life and a full-time hustle. Anyone else wearing all the hats out there? 👒👩‍🍳🧹 How long have YOU been baking?

3️⃣ I’m a culinary school grad (class of 2007!) but my real education came from 3AM bake fails, toddler meltdowns mid-frosting, and the sweet wins of a sold-out drop 💪🏽

4️⃣ I once made an entire batch of cookies for an event… and forgot the sugar 😭 Let’s just say the trash can ate good that day. (Please tell me I’m not alone in this?)

5️⃣ I love sharing my favorite recipes, templates, and biz tips with other bakers, whether you’re just starting out or building your sprinkle empire 👑🍪
