The 1st raised bed I seeded like it was a microgreen tray. Originally seeded in October were lettuce heads , leaf lettuces, carrots and celery. All winter I got multiple harvests off the lettuces. Treated the lettuce heads like the leaf lettuces harvesting little at a time. Replaced that side with herbs oregano, sage and lavender. The carrots and celery survived the cold of January and finally kicked in late February. They should be ready for harvest in a couple of weeks. Other raised bed has sweet potato shoots and sweet corn sprouting. 3rd planter is rocking cherry tomatoes, a couple of pepper plants and strawberry plants. Snuck in a lemon thyme as well. Mint pot and rosemary pot. Moringa tree, elderberry and avocado tree plus 4 different lemon lime and citrus trees. Food forest taking shape. Still growing the micros. Germinating stack 80 strong.Also playing around with electro culture outdoors and indoors in the Microfarm. Always thinking outside the box.
