✨ Thank you, West Plains! ✨

Last night’s Christmas Tree Lighting on Court Square was a fantastic success, and we want to thank everyone who bundled up and came out to celebrate with us. Despite the cold and the forecasted wintry mix, the turnout was incredible! Our community truly showed up in full holiday spirit.

A huge thank-you to:
• Dallas Jones and Molly Healey for the beautiful live music
• The Perrys and Johnny Hatchets Axe Throwing & Coffee House for the free hot chocolate
• Scott Heidy and Southern Missouri Technical Institute for this year’s commemorative ornaments
• Katie Lynn Co. Events for the festive balloon arch backdrop
• West Plains Downtown for their help in coordinating and running the event
• Our Electric Department for hanging lights all over town and preparing the tree
• Our Street Department and WPPD for safely closing the Square so everyone could gather

This event grows every year because of strong support across many city departments and partners, and we’re grateful for the dedication that makes it happen.

Hi, I’m Tonya Fare! Baking has always been one of my favorite pastimes—there’s nothing I love more than sharing sweet treats with friends and family. I’m a wife to a wonderful man, and together we’re raising two amazing boys who keep life full of energy and joy.
By day, I work full-time at a medical clinic here in West Plains alongside an incredible team of ladies. In my free time, I follow my passion for baking and sell my homemade goods at Johnny Hatch’s Axe Throwing and Coffee House, our local favorite spot in town.
Whether it’s cheesecakes,cakes, or something new from the oven, I pour love into everything I bake. I’m excited to share my creations with you—thanks for supporting my small business!

Hello West Plains! 👋

I’m proud to finally announce that I’ll be opening a small locally owned pet store in West Plains, Missouri! I have been absolutely obsessed with animals growing up and wanted to bring my dream of sharing animals with others to life!

When do I plan on opening?!🙌

- I plan on opening sometime before Christmas, hopefully sooner. As of right now I am online based! I can ship or meet locally!

What animals do I plan on having? 🐈‍⬛🐇

- I plan to do mostly exotics! I will carry some dog supplies/ cat supplies. However I will be mostly exotic animal based. This includes small animals such as lizards, hedgehogs, exotic aquatics, & more.
