Two years ago I had the honor of doing the cake for the Generals Reception for the Thunderbirds. I did the entrance to Randolph AFB. And a book opened to a history of the m and the show at Randolph. I’m excited to say I’ve been asked to do it again this year! No pressure! 🙂

Speaking of thinking out of the box!!!! This is a Swedish Princess Cake. A staple in Sweden. One of my customers is married to a Swede and surprised him for his birthday. This cake is Decadent!!! 3 Layers of a light Vanilla cake with a sweet milk soak Then filled with a Layer of raspbrry filling On top of that is a rich custard and topped with the 3rd layer or cake The dome is a delicious whipped cream with mascarpone. Topped with a thin cover or marzipan! Sooo yum!
