We’re open with a few fun themed items! I love doing themes, so this time I went with Harry Potter!

Featured items of the week:

Butterbeer ‘Sorting Hat’ Cookie-
A soft, buttery butterscotch cookie that’s loaded with creamy white chocolate chips. In the middle of each cookie are a few M&M candies tucked into the center that will “sort” you into your Hogwarts house!

🔴 Gryffindor — Red
🟡 Hufflepuff — Yellow
🔵 Ravenclaw — Blue
🟢 Slytherin — Green

Frosted Butterbeer Cookie-
A rich Butterbeer cookie made with brown butter and melted butterscotch chips creamed into the dough, topped with a smooth frosting, and finished with homemade butterscotch sauce swirled into the frosting.

Featured item of the week:
Kinder Bueno Cookie Cakes!
This treat is a soft chocolate chip cookie cake with a rosette of a smooth white chocolate hazelnut frosting, drizzled with hazelnut spread, and topped with a Kinder Bueno candy. Super delicious, come get them while you can!

Honorable mention-
Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookie. There cookies aren’t the flashiest, but they are my personal all time favorite cookie. I love the texture of the oats combined with the warmth of the cinnamon, the taste of the white chocolate chips combined with toffee bits and crushed graham cracker, and how it feels subtly like fall without diving into fall baking.

Featured item of the week:
Cookies & Cream cookie!
This version of our Cookies & Cream cookie is thicker than our previous style. It’s packed full of chopped Oreos and white chocolate, and is stuffed with an entire whole Oreo in each cookie. Such a delicious decadent dessert.

We are closed this weekend for maintenance on our stand. Hoping to be back next week!

We are closed for the rest of the day. I might have items that are still good for pickup later after we do damage control. We were out of town for a little bit so I’m not sure if this was caused by wind or if it was potentially intentional (I’m assuming it was the wind until proven otherwise). The back of the stand is broken and the flag area was ripped off. I’m not sure if we’ll be open next weekend or not, we will post later in the week. Thank you to those who stopped by today. If anyone saw anything or has any camera near by more information would be appreciated.

We’re open! I had so much fun baking this week’s line up, come get some treats!

Featured items of the week:

French Vanilla Dot Cakes-
We made our rendition of the viral “dot cakes”. It’s a soft French Vanilla cake, topped with a smooth vanilla frosting, and completely coated with sprinkles to give the cakes a satisfying crunch. So delicious!

Neapolitan cookie-
3 separate doughs rolled into one huge thick (5 oz cookie dough balls!) vanilla, chocolate, strawberry cookie.

Cosmic Blondie cookie-
This cookie is a fun play on a Little Debbie Cosmic Brownie, but a vanilla take on it in cookie form. It has a soft thick vanilla cookie that mimics the texture of a blondie, topped in white chocolate ganache, and finished with the signature cosmic brownie rainbow chips. Such a yummy treat.

Merry Christmas in July to my festive people who celebrate! I love a good excuse for a themed week so I took the opportunity to make a Christmas themed menu!

Featured items of the week:

Variety donut box!
The last donut box I made went fast so I baked up a storm and made 88 donuts. Here’s the flavor line up:

Glazed- yummy fried donut paired with a vanilla glaze. Simple and classic.

Hot cocoa- a donut with a chocolate glaze infused with hot cocoa mix to give it a holiday feel, topped with mini marshmallows.

Chocolate sprinkle- a donut with a delicious thick chocolate glaze, topped with festive sprinkles.

Sugar cookie donut- a donut with a vanilla and almond glaze that mimics a holiday sugar cookie flavor profile, topped with sprinkles and baked sugar cookies!

Eggnog- a donut with warm and cozy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Gingerbread- a donut with molasses and a spice blend to taste similar to a gingerbread cookie! Topped with crushed Biscoff cookies.

Our other featured item is:
Frozen hot cocoa cookies!
This chilled cookie has our classic brownie style chocolate cookie base (previously used in our hostess cupcake cookies) and is topped with a chocolate mousse with hot cocoa mix in it. So tasty! (This item will be in our mini fridge!)

After some much needed rest and family time at the Oregon coast last week, we’re back! Happy Saturday everyone!

Featured item of the week:
Oatmeal Cream Pies! Inspired by the Little Debbie treat, I created a much larger thicker Oatmeal Cream Pie. It has two cinnamon and oat filled cookies with a yummy layer of frosting in between. Come give it a try!

Featured items of the week:

Rice Krispie treat variety box-
Our Rice Krispie variety box has four fun flavors this week: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cocoa Pebble, Milk & Cookies, and Toasted S’more. Our Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Cocoa Pebble treats are pretty self explanatory, but our Milk & Cookie and Toasted S’more flavors are a bit more interesting.
The Milk & Cookie Rice Krispie treat has brown butter, lots of marshmallows, is loaded with bits of Chips Ahoy Cookies and Cookie Crisp cereal, and is topped with a white chocolate drizzle and more cookies.
The Toasted S’more takes the cake for the best Rice Krispie treat I’ve ever had. Underneath the Rice Krispie treat is a layer of solid graham cracker, then a layer of milk chocolate to give it the perfect S’more flavor. The Rice Krispie has crushed graham crackers mixed into the toasted marshmallow and cereal combination and is topped with a milk chocolate Hershey’s square and more toasted marshmallows. SUCH a delicious treat you have to try!

Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie-
This a thick cookie STUFFED with semisweet, milk, and white chocolate chips. I gave it a fun holiday twist with the red and blue food coloring! Fun and so tasty.
