We’re back after a weekend away in California for a lovely wedding. Happy Saturday! We’re open and the stand is fully stocked with lots and lots of goodies.

After over a year of baking all day nearly every Friday, I’m getting quite burnt out. So, to help with the fatigue I’m feeling we’re going to be switching to being open every other Saturday at least for the time being. We hope you all can understand and that you’ll continue to support us. We appreciate all of you!

Featured items of the week:

Caramel Apple Cookie-
This cookie has a lot going on. It’s a simple cookie base that’s stuffed with bits of soft apple flavored caramel. It’s topped with more caramel, caramel corn, and a caramel apple sucker. Come give it a try!

Candy Corn Cookie-
Candy corn can but a bit of an acquired taste so I know this one won’t be for everyone. It’s a delicious sugar cookie with white chocolate, candy corn bits, and sprinkles. I absolutely love the texture of the candy corn melted into the cookie.

Featured item of the week:
Variety Cinnamon Roll Packs!
Each tray contains 4 different cinnamon roll flavors. Classic Cinnamon Roll, Biscoff Cinnamon Roll, Apple C***r Cinnamon Roll, and Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll. Each roll is topped with a delicious cream cheese frosting. The Biscoff Cinnamon Roll is topped with additional drizzled cookie butter and Biscoff cookies. The Apple C***r Cinnamon Roll also has a sprinkle of apple pie spice on top of the frosting. These are so good and well worth a try.

Happy Saturday everyone! We’re open!

We just wanted to share a quick reminder for our neighborhood friends! We’ve had a few instances of items (quite a few) being taken from the stand without payment, specifically from kids. We completely understand that kids get excited when they see a stand full of treats! If your kiddos are stopping by the stand, please make sure they’re accompanied by a parent or that they understand that payment needs to be left for the things they take. Everything in the stand is for sale unless clearly marked otherwise, and we operate on the honor system. Psalms & Sweets is a small business, and every item is made with a lot of time, work, and love. We’re so grateful for everyone who supports us and helps us keep our little bake stand going! Thank you for understanding and for helping us make sure our honor system continues to work.

Featured items of the week:

Pumpkin Oatmeal Cream Pie-
Two yummy pumpkin oatmeal cookies sandwiched between a warm cinnamon brown sugar frosting. I absolutely love the texture of oats in cookies and hope you do too!

Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwich-
This item has the same concept as an Oatmeal Cream Pie, except with of classic peanut butter cookies. Inside is a brown sugar frosting, and a large dollop of chocolate ganache. So yummy and rich!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies-
A yummy fall pumpkin spice cookie stuffed with a cheesecake like filling, similar to our stuffed carrot cake cookies we have earlier in the year. Come give it a try!

We’re open! Come enjoy an abundance of goodies. Our Cinnamon Swirl bread and Cheddar Italian Herb Artisan Bread tend to go fairly quickly so we made more than usual this week!

Featured items of the week:

Snickerdoodle Dunkaroos-
This little box of goodness contains 10 soft Snickerdoodle mini cookies to dip into a container of cream cheese frosting. The blend of the cinnamon from the cookies and the frosting gives it a bit of a cinnamon roll taste but in cookie form!

Cookie Butter Stuffed Pumpkin Cookies-
These cookies are so decadent huge and wonderful. The cookie dough balls before being stuffed with cookie butter dollops weighed 4.5oz each! These are thick, rich, and delicious. Come give them a try!

Happy Saturday everyone! We’re open with a fun variety of treats. Add some sweetness to your weekend 😊

Featured item of the week:
Brown Butter Crumble Cake Variety Box!
The title is a mouth full but it’s the best way I could think of to describe it. Each box comes with 4 slices of crumble cake loaf that are all made with perfectly rich browned butter. Here’s the flavor line up:

Espresso- A loaf cake with both chocolate and vanilla flavors swirled around infused with espresso and topped with an espresso crumble streusel. A dream slice for coffee lovers and my favorite in the box.

Pumpkin- A pumpkin loaf with a balance of pumpkin flavor and warm spices topped with a cinnamon crumble streusel.

Cinnamon Swirl- A loaf cake with vanilla and cinnamon batter swirled around topped with a cream cheese frosting. Sometimes with cakes like this they’re a bit too sweet for my liking, especially cinnamon swirl flavor, but that isn’t the case (in my opinion) for this loaf. It’s more understated and subtle, which I love.

Chocolate chip- A loaf cake with the richness of the brown butter pairing so well with semisweet chocolate chips, topped with a crumble streusel with just a hint of warm spices. So delicious.
