Happy Saturday everyone! Come enjoy “cinnamon roll week” but with a fun twist.

Featured items of the week:

S’more sweet roll-
This treat is a fun play on a cinnamon roll. Instead of the traditional cinnamon and brown sugar filling, we swapped it was a brown sugar, cocoa, marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate filling. This delicious roll is topped with a soft marshmallow enhanced frosting, crushed graham crackers, a Hershey’s chocolate square, and toasted marshmallows. Grab them while they last!

Hostess Cupcake Cookie-
YUM! My husband and I LOVE this cookie! It’s inspired by the store bought Hostess brand chocolate cupcake that’s filled with cream. This cookie is a soft chocolate cookie, topped with a marshmallow flavored frosting, a layer of chocolate ganache on top of the frosting, and finished with the classic Hostess Cupcake swirl. It’s so deliciously rich and decadent.

Note! We will be closed next week. My family and I will be out of town. We will be back for Father’s Day weekend with a tasty menu.

Happy Saturday! We’re LOADED with donuts (and other goodies of course) at the stand. Located at 303 E Woodworth Street in Uniontown!

Featured item of the week-
1/2 dozen variety pack of donuts!
Each pack of donuts includes:
2 Chocolate Sprinkle donuts (a donut with a thin chocolate glaze)
2 Classic Glaze donuts
1 Fruity Pebble donut (a donut with classic glaze and dipped in Fruity Pebble cereal)
1 S’more donut (a fried donut with classic glaze dipped in crushed graham crackers, a layer of toasted marshmallow fluff, and a milk chocolate Hershey square on top)

We’re back again with another Poptart inspired cookie week! Brave the wind and cold to check out our two new flavors! Also, thank you so so much to our community for all of the kindness and support we’ve received. I love getting to be creative with new recipe ideas and getting to share them with all of you! If you have requests or ideas feel free to share them! (Side note, if it starts raining, we will put our bread in bins at the stand to protect it, it’s not reserved for anyone!)

Blueberry Poptart Cookie-
This cookie features a sugar cookie stuffed with blueberry preserves and topped with a classic Poptart inspired icing. Yummy and nostalgic!

S’more Poptart Cookie-
My favorite item of the week! I don’t eat Poptarts often, but S’mores Poptarts are my favorite flavor so I had to try to do them justice. This cookie has a soft brown sugar cookie base, stuffed with gooey marshmallow cream and a dollop of homemade semisweet chocolate ganache, and is topped with a delicious chocolate icing.

Forrero Rocher Mini Cookie Cake-
When I was thinking of the menu for this week I trying to think of what moms love, and I kept coming back to chocolate (probably because I love chocolate). This cookie cake features our classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake base with a Nutella frosting that (in my opinion) isn’t too over powerfully sweet or rich, a semisweet chocolate/Nutella mixed drizzle, and is topped with a Forrero Rocher candy. (If you haven’t tried a Forrero Rocher chocolate before, they describe this chocolate as “a tempting combination of luscious, creamy, chocolaty filling surrounding a whole hazelnut, within a delicate, crisp wafer all enveloped in milk chocolate and finely chopped hazelnuts) (note! These are in the mini fridge at the stand!)

Kinder Bueno Cookie-
One of my nephews suggested I try making a cookie with Kinder Buenos in them, so even though I hadn’t ever tried Kinder Buenos until this week, I made a cookie with them and MAN! Those candies are incredible, they might have become my new favorite. This cookie is a soft delicious cookie with chopped Kinder Buenos throughout it, with a Nutella dollop stuffed inside, topped with a semisweet chocolate/ Nutella blended drizzle and another Kinder Bueno. It for sure cracked into my top 5 favorite cookies ever. (If you haven’t tried a Kinder Bueno before, “It features a thin, crispy wafer shell, a whipped hazelnut filling, and a signature dark chocolate drizzle on top. It is known for its light yet creamy texture”)

French Vanilla cake slices: A soft French Vanilla cake with rainbow sprinkles lightly soaked in simple syrup and topped with a yummy frosting and even more sprinkles. Such a fun bake!

Golden Oreo Birthday Cookie: A yummy sugar cookie packed with sprinkles, crushed golden Oreos, and white chocolate chips and topped with even more of the same delicious ingredients. If you couldn’t, tell I was really enjoying sprinkles this week.

Happy Saturday everyone! It’s cinnamon roll week at Psalms & Sweets, grab them before they’re gone!

Featured item(s) of the week:
I couldn’t pick just one, so I picked two.

S’more cookie:
My husband’s favorite! A yummy cookie stuffed with gooey marshmallows, graham cracker bits, and chocolate chips. Topped with Hershey’s milk chocolate. Delicious!

Reece’s Peanut Butter Chunk Cookie:
I played around with a thicker textured cookie and I love it! This cookie has lots of chopped up mini Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups through it to really give the classic chocolate/peanut butter combo. Topped with even more Reece’s without being overly rich. Because I bake sweets so often I’ve gotten burnt out on eating them and usually only try a bite or two for quality assurance, but I love this cookie so much I ate the whole thing and wanted more!

We’re back! The stand is open and well stocked!

Featured item of the week: Thick Mint Cookie! I took inspo from the classic Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies (shout out to our local Girl Scouts!). I wanted the cookie to be a bigger version that was softer but still had the classic Thin Mint flavor and I think I achieved that! This cookie has crushed Thin Mints, chocolate chips, and mint chips in the dough. It’s is topped with melted mint chips and even more Thin Mints. If you love Thin Mints, there’s a high chance you’ll love this cookie!

Happy Easter weekend everyone! Come grab some treats to celebrate!

Cookie cakes! These are far from perfectly decorated, but the taste makes up for any imperfections. It’s a yummy soft chocolate chip cookie cake topped with an equally creamy delicious (not overly sweet) frosting.

Featured item of the week:
Stuffed Carrot Cake Cookie! This cookie stays true to the usual flavor of a carrot cake and is STUFFED! I love the blend of spices in this cookie almost as much as I love the cheesecake inspired filling inside of it. Carrot cake screams spring time to me and I loved getting to try to incorporate that flavor into a cookie. A made a LOT of these cookies so make sure to come try them!

We’re open and it’s Cinnamon Roll week! Come grab them while they last! I made more than usual but they tend to go fast.

Note! Some of the Cinnamon Rolls are in different packaging than the others. They're all the same, I just ran out of my usual packaging and improvised. They all are about the same size and all have frosting.

Featured item of the week:
Mint Chocolate Cookies and Cream Cookies! This delicious cookie is for all of the mint chocolate lovers. It’s packed with crushed mint oreos and mint chocolate Andies candies chunks and topped with even more mint and chocolate. This cookie cracked my husband's top three favorite desserts that I have made list.
