🌸 CLEAR THE FIELD — EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW! 🌸
When: Saturday, October 10th
Time: 10 AM–2 PM
Where: Wildflower Creek Farm
1260 Spring Street Road, Union Springs
Cost: $40 per container — Cash or Venmo ONLY
We are so excited to welcome you for one of our favorite events of the season! Before you come, here are a few things to know so everyone can have a fun day in the flowers.
🌸 What should I bring?
Please bring your own container, up to 3 gallons in size. We will have buckets available to purchase for $3 while supplies last.
Please do not bring 5-gallon buckets — 3 gallons is the maximum container size for this event.
If you have your own snips, feel free to bring them! If not, we’ll have some available for you to use. We’ll provide the water for your container.
🌸 What are the field rules?
Our usual you-pick rules still apply. Above all, we ask that you please respect the field and the flowers so everyone gets to enjoy them!
Please do not cut entire plants to the ground, dig plants out of the ground, or cut flowers simply to discard them. Guests who intentionally damage the field or plants will be asked to leave without a refund.
🌸 I have an event that weekend. Can I come cut flowers for it?
If you’re cutting flowers for your own personal use or enjoyment, you are welcome to join us!
To make sure there are plenty of beautiful blooms for everyone, we do not allow clear-cutting of a particular color or variety. Flowers from this event also may not be cut for resale. Anyone we believe is cutting commercially or for resale will be asked to leave.
🌸 When can I arrive?
Parking will begin at 9:30 AM. Please do not arrive before 9:30, as the driveway will remain closed until then.
You may check in and pay before 10 AM, but the flower field will not open until 10 AM.
Please follow the directions of our parking helpers when you arrive. Parking is limited, so if you’re coming with friends or family, carpooling is encouraged!
🌸 Can I use a you-pick ticket I already have?
Unfortunately, you-pick tickets cannot be used for Clear the Field. Hang onto them, they’ll be good for next season!
🌸 Can I purchase more than one container?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to purchase more than one as long as you’re following the guidelines above.
Please be mindful of how much you cut. If you pick more flowers than will fit into your container, we’ll ask you to purchase an additional container for the extra stems.
🌸 What will be blooming?
The better question might be… what isn’t?! 😍
We’re hitting peak dahlia season, the sunflowers are showing off, and the field is full of gorgeous fillers and so many other beautiful blooms.
Come ready to cut, stuff that container FULL, and help us CLEAR THE FIELD! 💐
