We have a customer/friend who buys up our pork and eggs regularly…he gifted us this an amazing rack of beef ribs that I put on the smoker before church. I had to give him some rendered lard and a few pork chops from our family stash. We do have lard for sale though.

Update on the garden. The abundance is overwhelming. We are blessed and grateful. Isiah 58:11.

Sorry for the long post!! We were able to get away for a few days. And we loved every moment! We come home and right back to work. Dogs were fine thanks to our neighbor. Garden needs work, getting ready to take on a bunch more hogs in a few weeks. Grateful for the rain!
