Don’t ever think it’s too late to change your life!

Two years ago, my A1C was 14.4. Nine months ago, it was 5.5. Today, it’s 4.3.

I’ve put my body to the test, and I’m a walking testimony that change is possible. At 45, I’m healthier than I’ve ever been.

By no means was this easy, but if you’re thinking about making a change, just know it’s possible. I’m so grateful for how far I’ve come and for everyone who’s supported me along the way. ❤️
