Ok guys, last official day. Again, we thank everyone who has supported over the past few years and are excited to soon serve the local community in a different way!

Watch for periodic "pop up" baked goods days while we transition the space!

Wow, we are all sold out for today! We appreciate all of you very much.

All food is sold out for this Sunday. We will have some extra cookies in the case, other than that, all baked good are sold out for Sunday as well.

Ok guys, this is what we will have left for tomorrow. We are taking pre orders for the following.

20 chocolate chip cookies
4 Peanut Butter Cookies
4 zucchini muffins
4 cinnamon rolls or sticky buns
4 subs (no cheesesteak)

For Sunday, the following food is still available:

6 subs (no cheesesteaks)
1 mac n cheese

Pre ordering is available for the above items only.

Just a general idea of the equipment we will have for sale.

Larger Items: (2) 2 door reach in stainless Refrigerators, (1) 2 door glass reach im refrigerator, (2) electric convection ovens, (1) globe 30qt planetary floor mixer, (1) single door stainless freezer

Smaller items: prep tables, meat slicer, wire rack shelving units, prep tables, 3 compartment sink, mop sink, hand sink, floor mats, bread racks, Lloyd's puzza pans, proofing boxes, 25 gallon grease trap, stainless shelving units and miscellaneous pans/pot/kitchen prep items.

Here is the food and bakery menu for Friday and Sunday this week. Once items are sold out, we will not be making more.

Pre ordering is now closed for Friday and Sunday. We will have a few more items in the case, but they will not be available for pre order.

Regarding food. All cheesesteaks are sold out. We will have 7 more subs available Friday and 6 subs available Sunday. We will have 5 more pizzas and 10 stromboli for Friday and 2 more pizzas and 4 stromboli for Sunday. We will have 5 mac n cheese left Friday and 3 mac n cheese left Sunday.

Just a reminder, we will be open from 11-6 (or until we sell out) this Friday and Sunday. This may be our last weekend, we will keep you posted.

Menu will be up by Wednesday.

We will be selling all of the kitchen/restaurant equipment we have, so if you know of anyone who may be interested, let us know. We have commercial refrigerators, display cases, 1 freezer, 3 compartment sink, electric convention ovens, prep tables, wire racks, etc.

After a great deal of thought, we have made the difficult decision to close the bakery.

This decision comes as a result of the substantial growth of our psychological assessment business and the need for additional space to continue expanding those services. Over the coming months, the bakery building will be transitioned into a psychological services location focused on assessment and related clinical services.

This is certainly a bittersweet change for us. The bakery has been an important part of our lives, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us, stopped in for a treat, placed an order, shared our posts, or simply cheered us on along the way. We could not have asked for a better community to be part of.

While one chapter is coming to an end, we are excited about what the future holds and about the opportunity to use this space in a new way that allows us to continue serving our community.

We will share additional information regarding our final days of operation soon. Until then, thank you for all of the support, memories, and kindness you have shown us throughout the years.

We will be open this Friday and Sunday. Bakery and food menu will be posted soon!
