Coming in with the menu for the Farmer’s Market tomorrow! 🍞🤎

You can comment to claim your bread until noon tomorrow. Mini loaves will be available first come, first served at the market!

A few updates in the menu this week:

🍞 Plain Sourdough — baking in a 9x5 sandwich loaf pan this week
🥒 Pickle Bread — also in a 9x5 sandwich loaf pan
🌿 Garden Herb & Parmesan — made with fresh basil and oregano from my garden. Perfect for taking your BLTs to the next level! 🥪
🍅 Sun-Dried Tomato Mini Loaves — perfect for bite-sized sandwiches, bruschetta, or just snacking!

We got to tour the USS Bowfin (WWII submarine) and the USS Missouri while we were in Hawaii, and as a baker, I was fascinated to discover that both had dedicated bakeries! 🥖⚓️

I’m not sure I could have managed baking bread for 80 men in the tiny kitchen aboard the submarine—or, honestly, thrived in a submarine at all. 😂 The USS Missouri, on the other hand, had plenty of room for all my baking messes. 🙃

Pearl Harbor was such an incredible experience. It was our first time seeing a naval fleet up close, and walking through these historic ships gave us a whole new appreciation for the men and women who served aboard them.

Most importantly, it was a meaningful opportunity to pay our respects to the soldiers who gave their lives for our freedom. 🇺🇸

A trip we’ll never forget. ❤️🤍💙

🚨 It’s National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! 🚨

Let’s turn it into a week-long celebration and celebrate together at the Farmer’s Market on Thursday! 🍪

By this point, I’ve baked thousands of chocolate chip cookies because they’ve always been your favorite. They’re an old standby, a timeless classic, and they’re the cookies that keep people coming back for more.

To make them even more special, they took 1st place at the county fair baking competition in 2023! 🏆

If you’ve been craving a warm, buttery chocolate chip cookie (or a dozen 😉), this is your sign. Be sure to stop by Thursday before they’re gone!
