Baking obsessed I want to share my love of baking and food with others. I love putting smiles on people's faces with baked goods and pastries.

I love taking unusual flavors and creating something magical with random ingredients that may not always seem like a good coupling for ex., my Bacon Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies, or my Oreo Croissants. Also trying to get my very first sourdough starter going, there is a lot of discard in this so I’m trying to find ways to combat that lol. This morning I made double chocolate chocolate chip sourdough muffins. Need a few tweaks but they are amazing
