Hi guys
My name is Noemi Garcia as many of you may know me as Mimi. I recently graduated from LE CORDON BLEU CULINARY ARTS in Dallas, TX and I'm excited what this world and this career has to offer me I received my Associates Degree in Patisserie and Baking. My dreams is to soon have my own local business:) but I have to start somewhere small for now. Since I was a kid baking has always been my

passion and now that I get to do this I'm loving it. I'm glad I can show you my work and share with you what I do. Anything I have made is either at school, home, or customers order. Once again baking is my passion and everything I bake is with lots of love and everything I do is all made from scratch. if I can put a smile and make you happy it makes me happy:)
