Phoenix Specialty Cakes - Like No Other! Phoenix Specialty Cakes was born from a Nanna’s heart to a god-son. He’s been baking her specialty cakes every since.

Dwayne Phoenix was taught his Nanna’s recipe at the ripe young age of 10. With a heart of love put in each cake, Dwayne had a dream to “share with the world Nanna’s cakes,” by starting Phoenix Fresh Cakes in Spring, 2011. Bringing all his New Orleans origin and natural ability for good food, Dwayne captivate family and friends when he made his first New Orleans Specialty Cake for a church conferen

ce. He was amazed when someone said, “I don’t know who made this cake, but they are definitely coming home with me tonight.”
Phoenix Fresh Cakes are home based in Tyler, Texas. Dwayne shares his love for baking cakes with his wife, Pamela. They not only own Phoenix Specialty Cakes, but they also are founding V.I.P. Ministries, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that helps individuals with addictions overcome their disease. A percentage of the proceeds from Phoenix Specialty Cakes is given to this entity to help people become whole for themselves and their families.
