🏕️S’mores brownies: Graham crackers, then brownies, then milk and dark chocolate chips and toasted marshmallows. YUM!

🍫Dubai Chocolate Brownies: brownie topped with pistachio and chocolate cream stuffed with kataifi (shredded, toasted phyllo dough). Crunchy, creamy, YUM!

🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies: the best of both worlds- 1/2 cookie and 1/2 brownie! YUM!

Labels are being placed on the ones we’ve already baked. It smells amazing in my house! Tomorrow, we’ll be at the Twin Falls Farmers' Market from 9am-1pm, with the following sourdough:

Original Sourdough
Rosemary Garlic
Jalapeño cheddar
Honey Wheat & Quinoa
Triple Chocolate (1st time at market! It’s out of this world!!)

We’ll also have the following treats:
Banana bread
Pumpkin bread
Raspberry Lemon bread
Chocolate chip caramel cookies

Newest testing from Hillside Grain is putting the bread flour I use regularly for the bakery at 14-15% protein! Seriously, this stuff is AMAZING! So excited to bake with it this week! For comparison, the organic flour at Costco is 11.7% protein, and most all-purpose flours are 10% or less.
