Just wanted to give everyone a little update on The Geekery Bakery.

For now, I’ve decided to temporarily put the bakery side of things on the back burner while I focus more of my energy on the BBQ/restaurant side over at Food Dude BBQ.

This honestly wasn’t an easy decision for me. The bakery has been my baby for a long time now & it’s been a huge creative outlet and comfort space for me over the years. You guys helped turn this weird little sourdough goblin dream into something real 😅 and I’ll always be incredibly grateful for that.

BUT — this is definitely not goodbye to The Geekery.

I’ll still be considering special preorders here and there, and honestly may even open up some weekly preorder drops for certain goodies whenever I have the time and energy for it 👀

Right now I’m just trying to focus my energy a little better and help build something incredible & something special with Food Dude without splitting myself into 4 different versions of Heather at all times 😂

Thank you guys so much for all the support, kindness, excitement, and love you’ve shown me through this whole journey. Seriously. It means more than you know

🥟 Gua bao tacos (smoked pork belly burnt ends 😮‍🔥) $12 each plate

🥓 Sweet sesame glazed bacon-wrapped pork rice bowl $12 each bowl

Everything is made fresh, small batch, and preorder only 💛

I’m starting a new little experiment with weekly street food drops—featuring rotating menus like this one! 🍱🔥

These will be preorder-only, so I can focus on quality, prep everything fresh, and make it worth stepping away from the BBQ side of Food Dude for the day.

💛 Here’s the deal:
To keep these going weekly, I’ll need to hit a minimum number of orders each day. If we hit it, we roll forward with more drops… if not, we’ll treat it as a fun limited run!
