Hey friends! 👋

I'm working on bringing a fun new concept to Twin Falls that combines two of my favorite things: street food and bakery goodies.

Think rotating menus inspired by street food from around the world alongside sourdough, baked goods, and other Geekery favorites. 🌎🌮🍜🍞❤️

After a few successful street food preorder runs, I'm starting to look for locations where I can set up the food truck during the week and bring the concept out into the community.

I'll still be spending plenty of time cooking, smoking meats, and helping build what we're doing at Magic Valley Food Dude, but I'm excited to have an opportunity to get creative with some of my own food ideas too.

If you own a business, have a parking lot, know of an office, brewery, cider house, event space, or anywhere else that might be interested in hosting a food truck, I'd love to hear from you!

And while we're at it... what street food from around the world would you be most excited to see in Twin Falls? 😊

Just wanted to give everyone a little update on The Geekery Bakery.

For now, I’ve decided to temporarily put the bakery side of things on the back burner while I focus more of my energy on the BBQ/restaurant side over at Food Dude BBQ.

This honestly wasn’t an easy decision for me. The bakery has been my baby for a long time now & it’s been a huge creative outlet and comfort space for me over the years. You guys helped turn this weird little sourdough goblin dream into something real 😅 and I’ll always be incredibly grateful for that.

BUT — this is definitely not goodbye to The Geekery.

I’ll still be considering special preorders here and there, and honestly may even open up some weekly preorder drops for certain goodies whenever I have the time and energy for it 👀

Right now I’m just trying to focus my energy a little better and help build something incredible & something special with Food Dude without splitting myself into 4 different versions of Heather at all times 😂

Thank you guys so much for all the support, kindness, excitement, and love you’ve shown me through this whole journey. Seriously. It means more than you know

🥟 Gua bao tacos (smoked pork belly burnt ends 😮‍🔥) $12 each plate

🥓 Sweet sesame glazed bacon-wrapped pork rice bowl $12 each bowl
