Ozz Mobile Dyno Tuning was founded in 2022 by Oscar Parra, a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast with a passion for speed, performance, and community. For years, Oscar rode and modified metric bikes like Kawasakis, Hondas, and Yamahas. But whenever he wanted to get them tuned—especially at big rallies like Sturgis—he was turned away. If it wasn’t a Harley or Indian, most tuners wouldn’t touch it. That

frustration planted the seed for what would become Ozz Mobile Dyno Tuning. Oscar saw the need for a tuning service that welcomed all riders—metric and American alike. So when the opportunity came, he went all in. He traveled to Harley-Davidson of Seminole, Florida, where he completed official Dynojet Harley-Davidson tuning training. Today, all tuning at Ozz Mobile Dyno Tuning is performed using Dynojet’s state-of-the-art technology. We’ve proudly partnered with Dynojet to provide top-tier tuning and also offer parts at highly competitive prices. But this business isn’t just about the bikes—it’s about the people behind them. Ozz Mobile Dyno Tuning is a family effort through and through. Oscar’s brother Hernan is almost always by his side at dyno sessions, and his wife Stasia helps manage the business behind the scenes. In an effort to reduce fuel costs, some of our deputies will be transitioning to motor patrol following our recent “budget-conscious” acquisition of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. After carefully weighing the options between motorcycles and electric vehicles, we determined that loud engines, chrome, and a little extra throttle were clearly the more efficient choice. We appreciate the public’s support as we roll into this bold new era of fuel savings.
