Busted out this cake for a sweet friend! It was my most favorite tasting cake I have ever done. Buttermilk almond pistachio cake base, glazed with a raspberry cream cheese frosting. The center was a vanilla custard layered with raspberry compote all topped with fresh berries and crushed pistachios!

Thank you all for the love! Tomorrow will be 1 week post op, everything went smoothly. I'm finding myself in the kitchen, more and more, trying things I always was too nervous to try or thought would take too long. What are/were you too nervous to bake or cook ? Drop it below 💌

After 2 decades in the kitchen, I finally tied up the ole' apron and made tortillas (I know, I know, but the Costco ones are delicious). No where near as time consuming as I thought and at 4 ingredients...these will live on the weekly prep menu! I'll find the recipe to share below ❤️🐝

I love updating our Loved One's on our girls, for the last 10 years you have watched these ladies grow up into amazing humans. A little Lex update, she started the area's first ever Free Little Art Gallery to bring art to our little community. Art and crafts of all mediums have been coming in from all over the world, she has had so much fun with it. This year she got accepted to be a part of one of the largest art events in the entire basin, HWY 62 Open Studio Art Tours! She just put a call out for art as she needs help filling the gallery. I would LOVE to surprise her with some pieces from our moMs and families that have watched her little journey.
