The time has come!! (FINALLY😂🙈)

If you’ve been around for a while, you may know I’ve been baking for this wonderful community for nearly 5 years. Willey Nice Buns started with only 2 menu items. Chocolate chip cookies and original sourdough loaves! I fell in love with baking and over the years it has blossomed into so much more. Custom Cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, sourdough and so much more! My clients have stuck with me through it all and I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received over the years from this community.
Fast forward to late March of 2026, I noticed this adorable farm stand in town had opened and Trevor and I were stopping for treats all the time! I knew I wanted to be a part of it! I reached out to a vendor there and then the owners and they agreed to let me bake for them! I loved my time in the Silo and I’m so grateful to the owners for my time there.
Unfortunately for Willey Nice Buns, I wasn’t able to offer my full menu there, and to be honest, I missed it!
I do feel like I need to address this. I have never been someone who is concerned with competition.. I’ve always loved watching other local bakers succeed and work their businesses! I’ve encouraged them and truly felt like this community was one of a kind! So much so, that I have held dozens of sourdough classes over the last 2 years, teaching women all over Oklahoma the art of sourdough bread making. Severally of my students went on to open their own micro bakeries right here in Tuttle! I truly feel in my heart that God has a plan for everyone. I have my faith in him and that’s is all I’m concerned about. Some of the posts online have painted me in a different light and that’s okay. Unfortunately sometimes in life, the ones who know the least about a situation, are the loudest. And that is all I will say about that.
Now about my BAKERY!
Where? - located on Highway 4, just north of the car wash!
When? - grand opening date coming soon!
What? - Willey Nice Buns full menu will be available - I am so thrilled to be able to offer more to you guys!
I’ll have so much planned for this Bakery and I’m going to take you all along for the ride! Construction started on Monday so follow along for updates as we are transforming this space into the bakery stand of my dreams!
