My treats do more than fulfill a craving, they take you on a journey. Don’t forget to ask about our dietary swaps! After battling many health issues, I personally understand the struggle of keeping your body healthy. But it's also important to remember your happiness is a vital part of your health! A happy you means a healthy you. I wanted to start this business to give options to people who have

health issues, like Diabetes, dietary restrictions, food allergies and sensitivities, or are just trying to eat healthier, but miss having the occasional dessert. Just because you are trying to live a healthier life doesn't mean you shouldn't be allowed some of life's greatest pleasures! With that said, there are many options available to you. We have gluten-, dairy-, sugar-free options upon request. Gluten-free (GF) items are made with a blend of starches. A nut-base blend with almond and coconut flour is an option at a slighter higher price. Dairy-free (DF) options can be made with almond and coconut bases, whichever is preferred. And sugar-free (SF) options are made with Stevia, a plant-based sweetener that does not affect blood glucose levels and has 0 net carbs. These speciality items may have a slightly higher price due to the price of ingredients. If you would like any of these options, please include this in your order!

A very first for me!

Now, is he perfect? 😂 Absolutely not.

Meet Derpless, Toothless’ chonk cousin 🤣

My sweet (now) 4 year old was *adamant* that I give this a try once she saw a YT tutorial of a standing Toothless cake.

Would I sell this to the public? No.

This just isn’t my style and I don’t have a real passion or interest in pursuing this incredibly niche skill.

But I will say it was fun!

And I couldn’t help while making this to reminisce on the first birthday cake I made for one of my girls.

It was a simple 4 layer, 1 tier white cake with a floral feature on top and antlers. Her theme was “a wild ONE”. 🌺 🦌

I stayed up ALL night.

I had never made a layered cake before and heavily misjudged how much time it took from making the batter to being complete.

I had to make TWO midnight runs to Walmart after wasting tons of ingredients from messing up. Thank God this was pre-COVID when Walmart was 24/7 lol

I cried endless tears and was beyond exhausted for my daughter’s first birthday because I was trying to save myself $150.

It only took that perilous night for me to have a deep appreciation and understanding as to why bakers charge what they charge.

Building this, I thought back to my first stumbling steps into the baking world, not unlike the first stumbling steps of my two beautiful girls - but less cute 🤣

We’ve all come a long way. 🫶🏻

I no longer compare the middle of my journey to someone’s 20 year experience.
I don’t expect perfect results.
I take value and gratitude out of my learning experiences.
I remember to have fun with it.

Here’s to celebrating firsts, my babies’ birthday, growth, and YouTube tutorials lol 🧁
