Brazilian cheese bread - Coming to a craft fair near you. Yes. Veterans Day craft fair at the North Turner Village Hall Veterans Day November 11th. This Monday 9:00-3:00. Also serving for lunch a Brazilian rice, beans, meat bowl with the yummy tomato topping.

Our hall with be full of crafters. It’s the best time of the year!!!

Our Veterans Day craft fair is a little over a month away. It is a perfect time to sell favorite fall items but even more so Christmas gifts and decor. We have a few tables still available contact me if you want to join us!

I’m still digging in ( quite over my head really ) to the book Good Energy. But it has changed my outlook on food - finally 🤦‍♀️- it’s been preached for a while but she gives the science for why it is true. No high fructose corn syrup ever ( biggest culprit is soda ) seed oils and what it does to our cells. Toxins. So yes buy organic every time you can. Shop farm food. Eat your friends peaches. And sleep. Sleep sleep. And above all, all the exercise. Walking. Muscle work. Cardio. And why. My new school year resolution is only feed my kids and students the best stuff I can afford. No more dyes. No more junk. I’m building their brains why would I try to destroy it. And biggest reason even if it costs me more is that it’s right. So there. My new resolution. Help me keep it friends 😊
