We have a Winner in the “Unidentifiable” category.... and the grand champion is....
“dressing” ... I think... served with barely identifiable “turkey”... 🤢
From beginning to end this experience has been something else. At least my company today is good and we’ve had something to laugh at.... definitely a disappointment. I will have to spring for dessert on the way home.

Lemme tell you about this experience! I thought surely that on a holiday weekend we’d be waiting in line for our early dinner- I was WRONG. This place is huge! We were seated immediately. (All guests in your party must be in the building prior to getting your name on the list!)
Upon being seated Maria explained that they served meals “family style”. She was one of the best waitresses EVER!
We tried the fried chicken (my favorite!), spare ribs and on the advice of Manager Edward we also tried the chicken fried pork chops. My husband’s favorite sides was the creamed potatoes and slaw. I also loved the poppyseed dressing.
We enjoyed our experience here at Paula Deen’s.
Thanks to my sweet friend that told me about this place!
I’m taking the chocolate ooeygooey cake bake to our room for later. 😍♥️🥰

Ooooh boy.... this place is back open and everyone needs to come try it out! My husband chose the chicken fried steak and sweet potato fries, he didn’t realize it was coming with GARLIC mashed taters. I ordered tonight special- roast beef dinner with stuffing and wild rice- also served with GARLIC mashed taters. My favorite was the creamy horseradish served alongside the roast beef. (I stole some sweet tater fries to dip in it to get the raw garlic taste out of my mouth) Thinking about applying for a job here to work in the kitchen. They don’t have a sign up but I think they could use some help. Next time having a steak.

Almost forgot to post about this little place in North Bixby. Lots of great options including Thai Curry- red, green, massaman and this- the panang curry (with beef).
I went with the spice level “2” of “5” spice levels offered.
Definitely YUMMY!

Pictured: Mozzarella Fritte as an appetizer, lobster ravioli, Stromboli the first one was a little “done” so they re-fired it.
Wasn’t super impressed with the appetizer, but the lobster ravioli was great! The second Stromboli was good as always. Service was slower than usual but good- it was a full house tonight but the company we had helped to pass the time!
Not pictured: Spaghetti and meatballs. No complaints and clean plate tells me that was pretty good!

Carne Asada, chorizo, and al pastor alongside a Chile relleno was a treat!!! Great service and atmosphere, and excellent food!
