Gluten.
Our relation has been complicated, I once loved gluten and laughed at the poor fools that ate gluten free.

Now in some big cosmic joke, I've learned those people are not fools. In fact they knew something I didn't.

The flour we eat today IS NOT what our ancestors ate and it's not what other people eat around the world.

Just because I couldn't eat gluten didn't mean I wasn't going to ever eat my favorite foods again!

I can fail 999 times but that 1 I get right? Yeah it's a good day! after all I'm Oklahoman!

Red Dye No. 40 is Petroleum Based, I thought there had to be a better way of getting red and sure enough beets and strawberry's are beautiful and red all on their own!

After how many fad diets I've heard about in the last few weeks I did my research and had to share my findings!

Disclaimer these diets are not intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, Mediterranean, or vegan. As these if done correctly can help people feel better and help their bodies do more!
