Pistachio Fudge!

What more can I say? Those who love the little green nut can't get enough! The umami taste is complimented with a pinch of cardamom to bring out the deep, rich nuttiness.

As we enter what I consider the off-season for confection, my focus shifts back to the reason I love fudge; creative flavors and pushing the limit of what fudge can be. No one asked for this flavor. I did it because I love the art, I love the fudge, and I get to share that love with the ones I love.

New year, New packaging!

We've been taking some time to make some more eye catching labeling for Tulsa's best fudge. Our primary resolution this year is to get our fudge into stores! And to do that we want our best foot forward.
