…it’s finally time, comrades. you’ve been waiting, and here it is—the donut recipe. this is a pretty easy and straightforward recipe. however, the thing w quality gluten-free, allergy-free, and vegan recipes is that they require quite a few ingredients. but, invest in a few staples now (or buy in bulk if cross-contamination isn’t an issue for you) and you’ll be able to make several batches of different delicious noms!

i have been able to quadruple this recipe and have the donuts turn out perfectly (forgot to mention in the recipe that it makes 1 dozen donuts or two 4” cake rounds). i’ll post glaze and jam recipes hopefully this week!

…howdy, comrades! and a happy first day of to y’all. look at this adorable cinner scrap pony i made. adorbs and delicious
not 24 hours after letting y’all know i was taking a break from social media, i was diagnosed w both ehlers-danlos syndrome and mast cell activation syndrome. i tell ya, the more i practice listening to my body and intuition, the more i am validated. listening to your body and intuition is a tough practice, but it’s worth it. all that to say, it’s nice to know i wasn’t imagining all the physical pain and issues that rapidly increased during the past two years. it’s also nice to have found a doctor who, for the first time in 30+ years, believes me. huge.
i’m hoping to post a recipe for y’all this weekend, but no guarantee as i’m on the tail end of a pain flare up. hopefully soon, comrades. i’m thinkin i’ll start w donuts so y’all can scratch that itch lol

first, this cake is lemon cake, homemade strawberry lemon jam, fluffy vanilla frosting, and fresh berries on top…much noms, so wow
second, i’m going to be giving myself a much needed month-long break from instagram/facebook. i won’t be checking messages or notifications and i won’t be posting anything…unless i get super bored and check in randomly. a very real possibility
once i clear some of the gunk out of my brain i’ll be back to share my recipes w y’all. reminder: i’m no longer accepting special orders. BUT! with my recipes and such, you’ll at least have a great start to making unbelievable gluten-free, vegan, and top 9 free noms at home

…berry. drag. mother. donut. caaaaaake 🍓🤤🖤 my apologies for not having made this sooner, bc it’s so damn fiiiiiine…barbie princess dream cake over here lol
i took my donut batter, added a crap ton of lemon zest, poured it into cake pans, and literally made a donut cake. this 4” double cake is equivalent to about 10 donuts 😵‍💫🖤 so we got lemon donut cake, fluffy raspberry buttercream, fresh raspberries and scratch made raspberry jam filling, crushed dried berries on top, and, of course, gliterrrrrrr ✨✨✨
i definitely did not mean to add so much glitter, but when the universe tips your hand holding the glitter shaker, ya just kinda run w it. also, there ain’t an artificial color in sight. the pink is straight up from a raspberry coulis i added to the buttercream 💖💖💖
this sunday (04.30.23) is my final popup before i shut down. make sure to stop by on the 30th between 7-11am for your last chance to grab some goodies 🖤
