My husband told me the other day that "These funfetti bars are one of the best things you've ever made." So I made some more for my husband and his coworkers, some for me and the kids, and some for y'all. 🧁

A cake-cookie base loaded with sprinkles and white chocolate chips with the ultimate gooey texture — basically a birthday party in bar form 🎉
