Sourdough French baguettes for homemade lemongrass beef banh mis for dinner! Stuffed these babies with as much pickled daikon and carrots, and cucumbers as I could. Finished it off with some cilantro and jalapeños from the garden. 🤌🏽 The baguettes were crispy on the outside and oh so delicately soft on the inside.
