Threw together a jalapeño cream cheese loaf for my family just to try and OMGGGGG it’s so good! I definitely could not wait for it to cool down to slice it but it was well worth it!!! So good and may add this one to the menu!!!

Yesterday’s bake day closed and done! Jalapeño cheddar has been the most popular for the last few weeks by far!!! Can’t wait to see what option gets the most love next week! I also made a custom bread order of dark chocolate and walnut and can’t wait to hear how that flavor combination turned out!

One thing I don’t do…I don’t filter my pictures. What I see is what you see! Today’s bake was strictly experimental for my family and OMGGGGGG the way this bread is already half gone y’all! The first loaf is actually a croissant style loaf I am going to be adding to the menu. The inside is so fluffy and soft but the outside gives you this AMAZING crunch and flakiness mirrored in croissants. Literally obsessed. Bonus is I used my own homemade butter which is so delicious. The second loaf from a series I like to call “All about the flavor not function” is a sun dried tomato and mozzarella loaf I threw together because that’s what I had to use last night! This bread is so flavorful and amazing. Successful experiment days are the BEST but even unsuccessful experiment days are great haha because BREAD duh. Hope everyone has a great Monday and I’ll see y’all Wednesday for your order pickups!!
