Been a minute since I posted ! Decided to go back to basics today and make some more glaze to perfect the stability. PS I think I’ve finally nailed it 😅😮‍💨 Also, I have made Bismarcks! Which are the delectably round, no-holed cousins of the much beloved regular donut that will end up (likely) Nutella filled today! 👌

Hi, all! Thanks for stopping by. I'm based in Tucson, Arizona. I've passed the Food Safety Management certification with ServSafe and am registered with the Cottage Law Program of AZ. All those mean is that I can legally prepare homemade goods and sell them, and that I am knowledgeable of food safety standards.
